Coconut Citrus Mint Tzatziki

I’ve been making this a lot now that it’s warm out. It lends a really bright, zesty and fresh flavor to lamb as well as to any grilled meat. It’s also really good on a melon salad with a little extra lime and sea salt. Trust me on that I know it may sound weird……but YUM!

If you’re following a Whole 30, easy sauces like this will really help you feel excited by dinner AND help you feel satiated at the end of your meal.
