Mom’s Chicken Soup

I make soup based off this recipe fairly often. It’s a recipe I think everyone should have in their back pocket for a rainy day, a sick day…. or as a way to use up leftover chicken.

The broth needs to be made ahead using the bones from a whole roasted chicken, but if that isn’t possible, use store bought broth - just be mindful it won’t quite taste as good. Homemade broth is irreplaceable as well as healing for your digestive system.
