Order from a weekly menu and schedule your meals to be delivered on Mondays or Thursdays. Locally sourced ingredients, organic produce, pasture raised & wild caught proteins. Our meal options can accommodate:

Meal Planning & Recipe Development 
$50 – $75 per hour
Do you enjoy cooking but need help following a specific diet? Are you at your wits end over what to cook when faced with multiple food allergies?
This service offers you meal planning and tailored-to-you recipes that can easily follow specific dietary guidelines. This is our expertise! Don’t spend all you time pulling your hair out over a diet when we’re here to make life so much easier.  
On-Call Private Chef Services 
$75 per hour plus grocery costs
If you don’t need a private chef every week, but know you would benefit from having meals prepared on certain occasions, contact us to discuss an on-call schedule.  Reservations must be made 3 days in advance to allow for planning, but this is a great option if, for example, you travel a lot or entertain on a regular basis.

Health Coaching

If you’re looking for overall guidance surrounding a dietary or lifestyle change, consider working with a Certified Health Coach. Our clients come to us knowing that making changes on their is incredibly difficult. Having someone to support you and check in on you can often make all the difference.
12 Session New You Program
Overall Objectives: You will be able to utilize healthy eating guidelines to create a diet that heals your body. You will effectively manage a lifestyle that promotes wellness due to a new understanding of what you need to function at your best. This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Everyone is unique and I work to tailor each step to your personal needs.
We work together to set specific goals, and I keep you on track.
  • Control weight, end fatigue, resolve digestive issues, reduce inflammation.
  • Understand how to differentiate between harmful and healing foods
  • Learn to prepare simple healthy meals at home
  • Learn what to eat for your body, understand your food sensitivities

6 Session Digestive Repair Program
Overall Objectives: You will be able to utilize healthy eating guidelines that are specifc to digestive issues and repairing the digestive system. You will learn to effectively manage a lifestyle that promotes lifelong digestive health.
This program is perfect for those recently diagnosed with a digestive disease such as Celiac, or for those suffering from undiagnosed digestive issues that they are struggling to resolve. This is also a great primer for those diagnosed with an autoimmune disease who need to transition towards the Autoimmune Protocol diet.
  • Gain understanding of foods that cause digestive distress
  • Understand how to follow an elimination diet and why it is important
  • Asses symptoms and analyze causality

You can also learn how to prep meals in advance to save time during the week.This is a great option for anyone struggling with a new diet or struggling to maintain healthy eating habits. Preparing meals at home can be daunting, especially if you feel you lack enough skills in the kitchen. Book one lesson or a handful! Lessons run an average of 2 hours.
